Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Better Trading ("we", "us") collects through bettertrading.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you type into the application: your name, email address and phone number, and your answers to our questions (your trading experience and your credit score range).
• How you found us: if the link you followed carried campaign tags (for example utm_source), we store them with your application.
• Technical data: when you load a page or send the form, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, as with any website. We don't build profiles from it.

How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether our program is a fit for you.
• To contact you about your application by phone call, text message and email, and to let you book a call.
• To keep records of applications and conversations.
• To keep this site secure and working.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your application and our program.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the application and enrollment process for us:

• Our sales and enrollment partner, who manages our customer records and contacts applicants on our behalf.
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer records and calendar software where applications and bookings are stored.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when a page loads.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we and our enrollment team may text you about your application and your booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking. The booking calendar, provided by GoHighLevel, may set cookies it needs to work. Because we don't track you across sites, nothing changes when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for as long as we need it to consider your application, work with you if you join, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

• Stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Stop emails with the unsubscribe link or by replying to ask.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, local privacy law may give you further rights, and we will honor them.

To make a request, reply to any text or email we've sent you, or message us on Instagram at @bettertrading. We may need to confirm it's you before we act on it.

Security

We use established providers and limit access to applications to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

Children

This site and our program are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
