These terms cover your use of bettertrading.com, run by Better Trading ("we", "us"). By using the site or applying, you agree to them.

Education, not advice

Better Trading is an education company. Nothing on this site or in our programs is financial, investment, tax or trading advice, and we are not a broker, a prop firm or a registered investment advisor. You make your own trading decisions and you are responsible for them.

Risk

Trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Results shown on this site are not typical, and past performance, ours or anyone else's, does not predict future results. Read our Risk Disclosure before you apply. Never trade with money you can't afford to lose.

Applying

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate information. We may decline any application.
• Applying doesn't enroll you in anything or commit you to buy anything.

Programs, prices and guarantees

Program details, prices, payment terms, refunds and any guarantee, including any payout guarantee mentioned on this site, are set out in the written agreement you receive before you pay. That agreement governs. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract on its own.

Calls, texts and emails

When you apply, you agree that Better Trading and its enrollment team may contact you about your application by phone call, text message and email at the number and address you give, including automated texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Using this site

Don't misuse the site: no false applications, automated submissions, attempts to break or overload it, or copying our content for commercial use. The content, design and branding on this site belong to Better Trading.

Other services

Some parts of the site, like the booking calendar, are provided by other companies under their own terms. We're not responsible for their services.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Better Trading is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from trading decisions you make.
